Doyle-Coyle Ch. 8-9

This is where I wanted this book to get to. It's wonderful to know how best I can hone my skills, deep practice, and motivate myself, but how do I communicate this to a student? I believe that the crux of this process will likely have to do with ignition. My current goal is to teach high school-aged students.  I particularly love working with the age demographic, because they are the prime age to learn ignition and deep practice. As they near adulthood, they are ready to be inspired (or ignited) and taught how to deep practice. I want to practice how to see the individual needs of each student and know whether to take a John Wooden or Miss Mary approach. It's hard to navigate this process in real time while continually pushing the boundaries of the student's ability. I suppose for this I will just have to expand my matrix of knowledge.
