Hatfield - VRH 9/7
Mattie Ball
-really cool tone to her voice
-I loved the difference of choices with how long she phrased with or without breaths
-make sure that quiet parts are still audible (especially moving into head)
-The tone she used fit the genre super well
Nathan Christean
-really good character and audience participation, he seems much more comfortable when he is engaging the audience and it is really a lot of fun to watch and listen to
-seems like maybe he is trying to copy voices rather than singing himself, leads to smooshed vowels and a rather nasal tone rather than just being bright
-higher portions were visibly strained
Braeden Winford
-As someone who remembers him my first year, he easily has some of the biggest growth and it is so incredible to see
-he clearly understands the story
-he does a really good job getting back on after almost missing an entrance - he has a seemingly good relationship with error
Mary Decker
-she truly has such a beautiful voice. She is clearly quite nervous but doesn’t need to be
-’ee’ vowels got a bit swallowed
Ben Shaw
-the characters were very clear both visibly and vocally which was so cool
